Due to COVID-19 epidemic, no walk-ins will be accepted, all patients must have scheduled appointment. this allows us to triage and accommodate patients safely and in timely manner. Due to the high number of “no shows”, all scheduled appointments must be confirmed one day prior to appointment’s date (by latest 12 noon), any unconfirmed appointment will be rescheduled. To confirm an appointment:
- Call our office at (478) 452-3835 (or scan QR code with your phone) If your child is established patient and being seen for sick visit. or
- Submit Patient’s Intake Form If your child is Established patient being seen for health check, or a new patient regardless of the reason for the visit.
